Specific Services
School Selection
for 4-18 year old children
After an initial information call or online consultation to explain the Dutch school system and when to consider an International school, we will confirm your needs, and provide you with a list of suitable schools in the neighbourhood of your choice or information about schooling options in a wider area if required.
This service includes all contact with the schools to determine if they can offer placement, arranging school visits - “rondleidings”, and getting your child/ children enrolled by assisting with completion of online registration forms.
After School Care - BSO
For 4-12 year-olds, seeking care after school
This is childcare for children between the ages of 4 and 13 who attend a primary school. They can also offer childcare during the school holidays and on study days. Some schools choose to set up their own BSO organisation, but often schools cooperate with one or more childcare organisations and these centres are not always located in the school building itself, but close by.
After an initial information call or online consultation to determine your needs, I will provide you with a list of suitable BSO options in the neighbourhood of your choice. This service includes all contact with the BSO to discuss possible visits - “rondleidings”, getting your child/children’s names on the waiting lists and assisting with completion of online registration forms.
Day Care - KDV/ PSZ
For babies and toddlers under the age of 4
Day Care centres in the Netherlands provide care for children up to 4 years old. Some have dedicated separate groups for babies and toddlers, while others combine the two.
After an initial information call or online consultation to determine your needs, I will provide you with a list of suitable KDV/ PSZ options in the neighbourhood of your choice. This service includes all contact with the day care centre/ pre school to discuss possible visits - “rondleidings” - (maximum three), getting baby/toddler’s name on the waiting lists and assisting with completion of online registration forms.
